Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Changeover days are flexible outside of peak summer weeks; if you need an early arrival or late departure, let us know in your booking inquiry and we will do our best to accommodate.

The panoramic pool is solar-warmed and naturally reaches a comfortable temperature throughout the Italian summer (roughly late May to mid-September). On request we can arrange supplementary heating for an additional fee during the cooler shoulder months.

The villa sits in the rolling countryside just a 7-minute drive (about 4 km) from the historic hilltop village of Ostra Vetere, where you will find cafés, a bakery, a small supermarket and trattorias serving local Marche cuisine.

The weekly market in Ostra Vetere takes place on Wednesday mornings. Larger regional markets in nearby Senigallia and Jesi run on Thursdays and Saturdays. All are within a 20–30 minute drive and brim with fresh produce, cheeses, flowers and artisan goods.

Villa Vetere offers free high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a private panoramic pool, sun loungers, an outdoor dining pergola, a barbecue, ample free parking and weekly housekeeping. Cots and high chairs are available on request.

The villa comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across spacious en-suite bedrooms, making it ideal for two families travelling together or a celebration with friends.

Absolutely. The grounds are private and gated, the gardens are spacious, and the village amenities are close by. We can provide cots, high chairs and recommendations for family-friendly beaches and activities along the Adriatic coast.
